Bikram’s Yoga College of India, Philadelphia is a well established yoga community in Philadelphia. We use the Bikram method of hatha yoga to heal, educate, refine, and explore the mind and body. Our certified instructors are dedicated to helping students discover and attain their personal maximum potential. The Bikram method, composed of 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises practiced in 105 degree heated room is designed to detoxify, de stress, and stimulate the cells, muscles, and organs regardless of the bodies’ current physical state.

2012 Pennsylvania Regional Yoga Asana Championship 01/22/12 Good Luck James in this year's PA Asana Cup This year, instructor James Pfeffer will represent Philly in the PA Regional Asana Championships to be held this year in Pittsburgh. The Asana cup is an opportunity for each participant to demonstrate their strength, determination, concentration, and to spread the yoga. Cheer him on if you see him around the studio!
